DesiGN Process

Consultation

The design process begins with a complimentary consultation. It can be done in person (if you live in the Central PA area) or through e-mail and/or phone. I start by gathering information about your wedding such as the theme/style and colors. I also take into consideration your budget and any special requests you may have. See our consultation questionnaire here. Consultations are by appointment only.

 

Design & Estimate

I then create several digital samples for you to look over along with estimates for each. I view this process as a collaboration and therefore will take your feedback about the samples and fine tune the designs until they meet your expectations.

 

Approval

Once we’ve come to agree on a design, a final digital sample along with it’s pricing will be emailed to you for your final approval. You also have the option of ordering  a custom hard copy sample for $35-40. The non-refundable sample fee depends upon the design.  We require approval of a proof/sample before we begin production of your order. Please check spelling and grammar! If for some reason, you need any changes after work has begun, you will be charged for the additional labor and/or materials involved with the change. This will vary depending on the specific order and how much work has already been completed prior to the change request. Please make sure your proof/sample is exactly as you want it before approving so you can avoid this costly situation.

 

Deposit/Ordering

Once you’ve approved your digital and/or hard copy sample, you may place your order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. Your balance is due when you pick-up your order. If you are not local and need your order shipped, your balance will need to be taken care of prior to shipping. We accept check or credit cards through PayPal.

 

 

*Order changes/cancellations: If for some reason, you need any changes after work has begun, you will be charged for the additional labor and/or materials involved with the change. This will vary depending on the specific order and how much work has already been completed prior to the change request. Please make sure your sample is exactly as you want it before approving, so you can avoid this costly situation. Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot grant refunds once production of your order has begun.
