FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Pricing is based on the quantity ordered, materials used and the complexity of the design.  Single flat panel custom designed invitations start around $3 each including blank mailing envelope. For 100 invitations with two enclosure cards, the average range is $5-$10 per set. $5 being flat panel cards with custom design work and flat printing. Something with a band or ribbon is in more the $7 range and in the $8-10 range are more elaborate pocket card designs. We strive to accommodate most budgets and will always design within the budget given. You can find more information on our design and ordering process here.

We currently offer digital, giclée, thermography, foil, and letterpress, but are always open to new techniques.  Just ask!

In one word – Absolutely!

The design process itself can take 3+ weeks depending upon the number of revisions involved.  Once the design is approved, the average turnaround time is about 3-6 weeks. Rush orders can be accomplished in as little as 2 weeks if our schedule permits.  A $50 rush fee may apply.

Yes.  In addition to just addressing your envelope, we can incorporate graphics to coordinate with your invitation. The return address fee is 50¢ per envelope for standard flat digital color printing.

Yes, we can print your guest’s addresses on your mailing envelopes saving you hours of time hand-writing them.  The cost is 75¢ per envelope.  We require you to use our excel spreadsheet template for this service.

Bank transfer (like using a check) and all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

It really depends upon the design.  Most flat panel invitations will fall within the regular first class stamp rate.  Pocket folds and other thicker/heavier designs will more than likely require additional postage.  We suggest taking one of your completed invitations to the post office before purchasing your stamps.

Yes.  We understand that you may want to use, for example, a monogram design on other wedding related items.  Design fees will vary based on your intended use.

We have 100% post consumer waste as well as 100% cotton paper/card stock options available. Letterpress with soy based ink is also an option. In addition we can design paperless communiqués (emails) for your event.

While our primary focus (and our passion) is weddings, we design stationery for everything from corporate events to baby showers and birthdays.  No event to is too large or too small!

Traditionally, wedding invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks before the wedding. If your wedding is a destination one or on a holiday, we suggest mailing your invitations 8-10 weeks ahead to give guests ample time to make travel arrangements.
