What is the average cost of your invitations?

Invitations are sold in “sets”.  A set will include your invitation and any accompanying enclosure cards as well as envelopes.  Pricing is based on the quantity ordered, materials used and the complexity of the design.  For 100 invitations with two enclosure cards, the average range is $4-$10 per set.  I strive to accommodate most budgets and will always design within the budget given.

What type of printing options do you offer?

We currently offer digital flat printing (most cost effective), thermography, engraving, and letterpress, but are always open to new techniques.  Just ask!

What design elements do you offer?

The sky’s the limit!  If you have an idea, share it with us and we’ll make it happen.  Some standard options include pocket cards, Swarovski crystals, pearl accents, and ribbon.

How long does the custom design process take?

The design process itself can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the number of revisions involved.  Once the design is approved, we like to have approximately 8 weeks for production of invitations and 3 weeks for day-of stationery (programs, place cards, menu cards, etc...).  Rush invitation orders can be accomplished in as little as 2-3 weeks if our schedule permits.  A $50 rush fee may apply.

Can I purchase a hard-copy sample?

Digital proofs are always included, but you also have the option of purchasing a custom hard-copy sample of any design (some exclusions may apply).  The fee for one of these samples is $40.

Do you offer return addressing?

Yes.  In addition to just addressing your envelope, we can incorporate graphics to coordinate with your invitation.  Return address printing is always included on your reply envelopes.  For outer mailing envelope and thank you card envelopes, the fee is 75¢ per envelope.

Do you offer guest addressing?

Yes, we can print your guest’s addresses on your outer mailing envelopes saving you hours of time hand-writing them.  The cost is 75¢ per envelope.  We require you to use our excel spreadsheet template for this service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks as well as all major credit cards through PayPal.  You do not need to have an account  with PayPal to use this payment option.

Can I assemble my invitations myself?

Absolutely!  If budget is a concern and you have the extra time, this can be a very good option.

Will my invitations require additional postage?

It really depends upon the design.  Most flat panel invitations will fall within the regular first class stamp rate.  Pocket folds and other thicker/heavier designs will more than likely require additional postage.  We suggest taking one of your completed invitations to the post office before purchasing your stamps.  If you are ordering custom stamps (through us or somewhere else) we can take a mock-up to the post office and get a postage estimate ahead of time for you.

Can I purchase a design to use on something else?

Yes.  We understand that you may want to use, for example, a monogram design on other wedding related items.  Design fees will vary based on your intended use.

Do you offer color matching?

Yes, if you provide us with a swatch/sample of the color.  In some cases we may not be able to match a paper to your swatch, but we can always match ink colors.

Do you offer “green” options?

We have 100% post consumer waste as well as 100% cotton paper/card stock options available.  In addition we can design paperless communiqués (emails) for your event.

What types of events do you design for?

While our primary focus (and our passion) is weddings, we design stationery for everything from corporate events to baby showers and birthdays.  No event to is too large or too small!
